Print-on-Demand Orders

All products are made to order using a third-party fulfilment provider. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer error.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

  1. Email orders@thatdataguy.co within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence.
  3. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact orders@thatdataguy.co with your order reference. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and may enter production shortly after purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately to orders@thatdataguy.co. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy.
